Join me for this special day retreat in the Shropshire countryside to relax, reset and recharge your body and mind.

As we transition into Autumn, our bodies naturally want to slow down and prepare for change. This is the time of reflection, self care and letting go….

Our retreat will be held at The Straw Lodge at Fordhall Organic Farm. An eco friendly building with a bright, airy room complete with fully opening bi-fold doors, offering breathtaking views of open fields and sky.

Our day will include:

• Gentle Flow Yoga:  a practice to release the fire energy of summer and embrace the releasing energies of autumn.
• Yoga Nidra: a guided deep relaxation to recharge the body and mind.
• Healthy Vegetarian Buffet Lunch: Enjoy a nourishing meal with time to sit, chat, and connect as a group.
• Woodland Walk: Weather permitting, we'll take a refreshing stroll to the woods to awaken the senses and connect with nature.
• Meditation and Pranayama: Discover the benefits of meditation and breathwork to calm, cleanse, and energise your mind and body.
• Women's Circle: an opportunity to guided by Oracle Cards and share any feelings about our meditation (sharing is optional and you are welcome to simply sit and listen, absorbing the gentle energy of the group.)
• Restorative Yin Yoga: Release built-up tension and embrace stillness during a floor based yoga practice.
• Herbal Teas and Homemade Snacks: Sip on herbal teas and enjoy homemade snacks throughout the day.

The day costs £100.
